I think Great Britain exiling criminals to Australia back in the day also fits the bill. <br><br>If national morality was of no concern, it'd be a brilliant idea. There are plenty of desolate places on earth and we could just load up those C-5 Galaxy military cargo planes we have with our worst degenerates and give them a one-way trip to Nowheresville. Two million prisoners? Not anymore. Illegals? Right now, they find their way back from conventional deportation locales since they already made the trip from Nicaragua to the Rio Grande once, but let's see how they fare when dropped off in Liberia. Can you imagine if we deported illegal Latin American immigrants to war-torn parts of Africa?
